A Place Called Home International Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to supporting young adults aging out of foster care. Our foundation is built on real stories that have inspired us to act—especially those of individuals struggling in our East Harlem community. We witness the challenges of homelessness and poverty daily, driving us to provide immediate resources like sleeping bags and winter kits while fostering long-term solutions.
Our mission transcends basic needs. We envision a future where every young person finds support and guidance as they transition into adulthood. With compassion at the forefront, we focus on providing life skills training, job readiness, and mentorship—tailoring our programs to empower youth with the confidence and resources they need to thrive beyond their circumstances.

Our Services
